Rethink. Retool. Realign... Repeat
How are you managing your operations during the Corona crisis? We decided to launch a business.
That might sound crazy. And when COVID-19 first hit, we thought we should hold off and wait. But we're entrepreneurs – and so we get that you're likely lying awake at night thinking about what's next for your business.
Are you ready for what’s next?
You’re probably deep in the “white space” right now. You’re thinking about the things you never get time to think about – and some things you never thought you’d ever have to think about.
That includes having to figure out ways to re-position your business for a new reality, align your team around a new message, or build a platform so everyone can more efficiently and autonomously work from home.
That’s the entire premise behind Iterate: to combine the most successful business consultancy frameworks with brand management so you can spend less time in the day-to-day operations and more time focusing on more strategic initiatives.
We call this a self-managed business, and it's a concept that combines our 16 years in brand strategy, and our training in business consulting frameworks, including Scaling Up®, EOS Traction, and Strategic Coach.
Rethink. Retool. Re-align.
Like many of you, we’ve had to retool our model – even as we launch. The workshops we’ve been piloting over the past six months have been changed to webinars. Our strategy sessions now take place over digital conference.
So we created a new program called The Pivot, which includes:
An alignment audit to see how in-sync you are with your team
Re-positioning exercise: to clarify your value proposition and messaging as you navigate change
Virtual team building webinar to deepen the connection between team members
A company WIKI: a living “how-to-do-everything” guide
In addition to The Pivot, we’ve developed a series of workshops and tools that inspire greater brand autonomy. We also published this booklet that outlines the steps to building a self-managed business.
We will be publishing more tools over the upcoming weeks and months. So if you want to join the conversation, be sure to follow us on LinkedIn.
